Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping
Shipping within the UK is free!  This will be via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
We aim to have most orders dispatched within 3 working days with a standard UK delivery time of 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch.  Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at the time of order!

International Shipping
We have a flat rate of £10 for international shipping, and a signature will be required on delivery.  If you're ordering from outside the UK delivery times may vary; typically, EU orders may take between 5-10 days but we ask that all international orders allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at the time of order!
Please note: customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.

Postage delays
Please be aware that during peak times (including Christmas) our services may be slower than usual, but we’ll attempt to have your delivery with you as soon as possible.

Returns & exchanges
We hope you love your bag, however if you would like to return something please drop us a line at hello@goldisaneutral.com making sure to include your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why.  Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns address and further instructions.  Please note we cannot accept returns if you have not emailed us first.

You're entitled to return products in an unused condition within 14 calendar days of when you accepted delivery of the item(s).  Once you have notified us by email and we have confirmed our returns address to you, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us unused, unwashed and undamaged in their original packaging.  Upon receipt and satisfactory examination of the goods we will refund you as soon as possible, within a maximum of a further 14 days; the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

Please note, while we are happy to issue you with a refund/exchange for your item purchase, we're unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved.  The cost of shipping the package back to us is payable by you.  If you're returning something from outside of the UK, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees incurred when sending the goods to the UK.  Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Gold is a Neutral unless you send the item(s) tracked and can show the parcel has been signed for at our address.
